Well, I guess buying a car and condo are more or less spur of the moment kind of deals? Well to be honest, I have been looking for a while. And at this point, a lot of the condos looked pretty much the same to me. Location is important, as are the people who live there.
Anyway, I got to the pre-public viewing and was a little daunted by the valet service that they had at the front. I decided to park on the street instead since I was early. I felt a tad bit underdressed, but it was all good. I got to look at the units I was interested in and ended up choosing one which I liked. (The last one actually - the second was sold in the morning.)
So yeah, that's about it. I signed a whole bunch of papers, and I should be getting the key in two months. That should give me enough time to find furniture for the place.

I got home last night and was told that I couldn't take a shower. My parents had gotten someone to start fixing the bathroom and they hadn't finished yet. So I was forced to use the other bathroom to get cleaned up this morning (rather than not showering - which would've been worse).
Well, at least there won't be a hole in the wall anymore?

The condo is located smack dab in the middle of Lytton Park.
