[4:05 PM EDT - Time to sequence those dreams.]

Hmm, I've been getting a lot of vivid dreams in the past few weeks. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to document any of them. Just this morning, I dreamt of walking down Spadina, but the sidewalk was made up of wooden planks. Some planks that were knocked aside showed what lay underneath: old Spadina. When they built the elevated road, they covered up the old street, forcing everyone to open their shops on the second floor. It was dark down there.

Anyhoo, I'll see if I can write these down when I have the time. I'm curious as to the contents..

[4:11 PM EDT - Should be done with the computers.]

I've finished copying over my dad's old documents to his new Dell. So I should get these machines ready for transport. Hopefully that should clear up a lot of space in this room..

[4:18 PM EDT - Gmail is down yet again.]

Argh! Gmail has a tendency of going down when I need to look up a number. The funny thing is that it's been down for a couple of hours now. That's a little worrying.

[Sunday, June 5, 2005: Now this is a bachelor party!]

I finally was able to access my Gmail account and get KK's number, although I already had it on my cell phone! (I wasn't sure if the number was up to date.)

Anyway, I picked him up and we headed down to the bar. We had one section of the bar to ourselves, and there were already a number of guys present, and one girl. She was hot. Hot! She also had this white dress on that.. Anyway, she got a lot of stares.

I wasn't sure who she came with, so I didn't want to approach before knowing how she was related to the party. (Although she was talking with RL a lot.) Then several minutes later, it dawned on me: Nobody brings a girl to a bachelor party! Duh! *smacks forehead*

Apparently, her job was to make us spend money. I think she was doing a pretty darned good job. She had me going to the bank machine. *shakes fist* But it was all good.

Everyone there except for one guest (which was a cousin who didn't like hockey) was part (or was part) of the CAHL. I found that quite interesting, but it seemed to make sense. Mind you, half of the CAHL are related to each other anyway..

There was a pool table that was available to us, and poker was being played as well. They brought a TV and a Playstation 2 for games and to show some DVDs, and someone was able to show some footage from our previous CAHL games (and skills competition). There was a lot of talking, and eating, and prizes to win.

There was some sort of Joker Poker game, and a raffle (ten bucks for a wraparound, twenty for a wraparound and hug, more for something more exotic - I went for the twenty), but the show was set for later that night.

Earlier on, there were a couple of cops that wandered into the bar, and he had asked CC how things were going. CC told him that nothing was going on, to which the cop replied,

"You don't have to look so nervous"

In hindsight, I don't think we should have got the girl to come out and play pool with us while the cops were around, but heck, it was fun. *wiggles eyebrows*

When the entertainment arrived, RW had already drunk to his limit. The first show was very short and quite demeaning. I don't think RW liked it very much, but the boys were just having a ball.

The second one was longer and better. She even did some favours for some of the younger boys, especially AH who looked ready to fall off the couch during the show. It was highly entertaining.

It was during this time that RW took two shots of tequila, and that put him over. He let go soon after the show was over, and we had to watch over him for the rest of the night.

Oh yeah, I ended up winning some coasters in the raffle. The girl gave me some extra tickets because.. I don't know why.

I stuck around to the end with KK since he was watching over RW. CC wasn't in much better shape as he had passed out in the car. We eventually got driving arrangements set up and cleared up the place. By then, it was already past one, and I had planned on leaving early too. Whoops.

Oh well, at least I had fun. (And spent way too much money.)
