Ugh. These allergies are really starting to get to me. We're heading into the worst part of ragweed season and the house is the worst place to be. Without air conditioning, I've left all of the windows in the upper floor open. This also means that whatever pollen is outside, is also going to be inside. *looks all bleary eyed* I think I'll invest in a face mask.

I've finally got around to putting up the other picture board up in front of the lab (I had put the first one up ages ago). This one had a couple of pictures of past students in the lab. The only two pictures that I had available to me were JSI and I. I had originally titled this poster "Previous Sacrifical Lambs", but people got wind of it, and I was told to change the title to "The Dearly Departed". Rats, had I put it up sooner..

I've gotten my hands on a parallel port Zip drive and am now in the process of recovering my files (again). Hopefully, I'll be more productive than last time. *crosses fingers*
HaremPresident came by this morning to pick up his racquets. The only thing I have left here that isn't mine is this hockey stick. *looks at the stick* It's too short for me so I can't use it. Oh well.
That reminds me, I still have to find a box to hold all of my file folders. Argh! It's too bad these printer paper boxes just aren't wide enough.. *tries jamming in a folder into the box - to no avail*

The computer crashed on me while I was trying to recover my files. In fact, it crashed when I tried to recover the first file! Argh! *pulls at hair* I'm trying to rerecover my stuff again. Hopefully we'll actually be able to get something this time, but if not, then chances are that those MP3s are gone for good..

Okay, it seems as if my third attempt has failed. But wait! This time I think I know what went wrong! (Well, actually I don't, but I want to think that I know what went wrong so that I can keep trying until it works.) In an case, I was going over some old notes and came across some scribblings I made years ago. All of the stuff I wrote was pretty much garbage, but in the end, I came up with this conclusion:

Oh, seeing as I'll be here for most of the night (guh), I've been checking out some homepages, and it seems as if Laz has an update up. Hmm, even thinking of buying a cell phone. What a technophile! "Where does he get those amazing toys?" (I may have misquoted, but if so, someone can correct it.)
Mind you, if I had money, I'd probably also be brisling with the newest and latest in portable hardware gadgetry. For now, I'll just settle with my watch. *taps timepiece* Waitaminute, it's not even electronic! Geez, for a technophile wannabe, I'm pretty pathetic! *hangs head even lower than before*
