I forgot to mention yesterday that a new clock was installed in the Davis Centre. Well, I guess I can't really say that's it's a new clock since there wasn't an old clock, but it's new.. I guess.. so I think I can still say it's new, right?

Hmm.. apparently there was a huge storm last night. I didn't see it myself (although I did see the aftereffects) since I was inside finishing off Final Fantasy VIII, but weirDo told me about it.
I woke up with a sore neck this morning. *twists neck* Most of the pain is coming from the upper back however. It could have something to do with my allergies.. but I have no idea.
I never did get to play Diablo 2 last night.

Anyway, it seems as if I may have to opt out of two parties I've been invited to. The BBQ party on Sunday I probably won't be able to make since the only people invited to the BBQ who I knew have decided not to go, and it's also being held a but more than walking distance from my house (Burlington is a little far). The other party I can't make since I'll be heading to a wedding around that time. How unfortunate. Maybe if they reschedule it.. (unlikely)

Man, I remember in first year when I kept getting e-mail from a girl in the university who thought she was writing to her boyfriend in U of T. I can't remember her name anymore, but a couple of years later (in third year I think), I got a talk message form someone from out of the blue. I think she had a question about Sciborg, but.. that's really odd. I usually don't know what to do in situations like that. Today, I got a message from another person (they've all been girls coincidentally) who I didn't recognize either (although.. naw, it couldn't be!). Why me? I never got an answer before losing the connection. Will I look into this? Probably.. *cracks knuckles* Let's start digging..

I've been looking around for that pillow for weirDo, but I can't seem to find it anywhere! It might help if I knew what those types of pillows are called. Persian pillows? Sitting pillows? But it has to have tassels.. Maybe I should go to some costume store. Hmm.. Where do movie makers get their pillows from? Gah! This ain't getting me anywhere!

I've added in a little script that closes the comment window if you decide to leave the entry in the main window. HKL first pointed out that problem to me just a little while ago. I thought about not implementing this because people (who like to sift through a few entries before submitting a comment) may be a little annoyed to find out that the window keeps closing every time they look at a different entry. *scratches head* I dunno, what do you guys think?

A few days ago, girl asked me if I remembered one of he friends who we went to visit a few years ago. We only went to see her once, but it was a really nice trip. I remembered it fondly, so yes, I did remember her. (I also thought she was quite cute as well.) Of course, she'll only remember me as girl's brother, or "the guy who didn't know that Heidi: the mountain lass". It's a long story. I'll let girl explain, if she wants.
It's funny how the past sometimes hits you in a head on collision. Some names that sound familiar appear in the strangest of places, and in relation to the strangest of peoples. It's amazing how your whole life is one big quilted mosaic which wraps around you over time so that you can see your past and your future at times when you least expect it.
Anyway, enough introspection. Laz has an interesting update up about his fun with the necromancer, and a certain Diablo 2 player (quite a nice rant). I must agree with him that the necromancer is pretty much SOL once his minions are gone, but when you reach my level and realize that everyone's better than you, you find a way around it.. *wiggles eyebrows*
Jax also has an update up. In fact, she's got quite a number to make up for the lack of posts over the past week (something about not having time and internet access). Still, they're a good read, if you're interested in that sort of stuff of course.
