weirDo's birthday is coming up soon, and I've got a great "gift" to get him. Seeing as he's the computer guru around here, I was thinking of getting him a really tall poohbah hat and a large velvet pillow with tassels. Then we can put it into the small room and tell him that he'll be here forever.. *cue evil laughter* Does anyone know where I can get stuff like this?

I've been playing around with the comment script so that it's a bit more robust when it comes to stray < and > characters in the comments. It should be able to find them and convert them to harmless <'s and >'s. I haven't done any rigorous tests yet, but I'm sure it should be able to handle whatever you throw at it.. *ducks*
I didn't bring lunch today, but I had a fairly large breakfast so I'm not all too worried. I can't figure out what to eat for dinner unfortunately.. *thinks* Anyway, Werdna's thinking of having another Diablo 2 fest tonight, and I don't know if I can stay awake for that one. Last night's bash was pretty fun. We played for less than four hours however and didn't get all too far. Still, completing adventures as a group is much more exciting and enjoyable than doing it by yourself so I think I can spare a couple of hours tonight..

Seems like we've got a couple of busy bees around here. ("Busy, busy bees..") Laz and KGL both have short little updates up (and amazingly enough, KGL's update is semi-understandable). Sparky has two entries up, one with anti-boy stories while the other has a question: "Do girls want honesty?"
Personally? I think I'm fairly honest with the girls that I talk to. Usually if I disagree with someone, I stay quiet.
Comment: "Whoa! Look at her! She looks pretty cute!"
Action: *looks*
Reply: ".." or *shrug* or "Eh..".
I dunno, I thought everyone wanted honesty IMNSHO. I want to know if there's some green thing stuck to my teeth, I would like to know that I smell of cod fish oil, I want to know if I'm not funny! *bangs fist on desk* (What? I'm not funny?!? *shoots person*) At least things get cleared up faster that way.
Last but not least, Tiffi also has an update up. Seems to have mostly forgotten about the stuff she got from camping, but I think that's the least of her problems. Actually, some of the things she was talking about in her "what happened at work" entry reminded me of someone else who's been in that position..
I'm glad I never had to do retail. (Okay, so I had to do inventory, but at least I didn't have to put up with irate customers.)
Been fiddling around with the search engine. Man there's so much I want to change. Anyway, I should be going. Will be back tomorrow.
