Today was poker night with the motorcycle crew, so I was in a bit of a rush on the way back home as I had not cleaned up my apartment and was not ready to have guests over. Fortunately, people showed up a little late, and Windelynn had volunteered to cook dinner. (Since I was voluntold to use my place as the venue.)
We had a fair number of people show up. I did not invite anyone from outside the group as I knew that it would be fairly packed with the number of people from that group already, and I really did not know what the numbers were like. In any case, we had seven people show up for dinner and a couple of others who dropped by for poker.
We played two rounds but I ended up losing both fairly late into the game. They did go through a lot of my old food though, except that I had a lot more old food left over. I think I should be throwing some of that stuff out, except for the Halls Cough Drops which expired in June of 1997.
It was all good though, and I don't think anyone got sick. I also had tons of left over food as well, so I think I should be set for the next week..
