We were having our Christmas dinner thing tonight, and I needed to get some presents wrapped. So I took my stuff and headed to my parents place and did some wrapping. We then headed out to some last minute shopping before arriving at the house.
It was the same as last time: lots of relatives, lots of food, lots of fun. Actually, LOTS of food. After the non-stop eat fest, we had a game of poker. I ended up doubling up on the last hand, even though I had only planned on breaking even. Well, if I had stayed in for most of those hands, I would have had many a full house, but I did not go down, so I was happy with that.
It was all good.
