[12:08 AM EST - Some helpful hints.]

I'm just doing some research on getting these perl modules working (right now they're libraries).

[10:08 AM EST - Word from the west.]

Hey, KNZ's responded to my e-mail and filled me in on the goings on down in KW. It's funny how some things have changed and some things have stayed the same. Maybe I should take a trip west just to see how everyone's doing? (Seeing as nobody has left?)

[10:16 AM EST - Script kiddies.]

Hmm, I was looking for something in my log and noticed that a lot of .client.comcast.net hostnames were trying to hack into my server. I've got the IPs, but I can't be bothered to track them down.

That might also explain why I get so much traffic every now and then..

[4:52 PM EST - CGI.pm.]

Fark. Why do I find these things after the fact? The module is indeed sitting on my server doing diddly squat. Fortunately, I'm planning on rewriting the scripts, so I should be able to incorporate this module. Hopefully it will simplify my code somewhat. (A lot I hope!)

Then I hope the output will be valid XHTML..

[9:36 PM EST - Everything was just peachy..]

Hmm. I'm okay. News like that always.. freaks me. The funny thing was that originally, I thought nothing of it. But then when I thought about it more, I realized the possible implications. Then I'm finally told that it was what I thought it might've been! So it was more of a gradual thing..

The question is now: What will I do?

[11:36 PM EST - Reality sets in..]

Okay, initial shock wearing off. Time to figure out what to do for the weekend. Oh yeah, apparently I'll be doing a lot of skiing..
