[10:36 AM EST - Not long now.]

I'll be heading out soon, but I've got some work to catch up on first and a cell phone to pick up. Argh. (Not wearing a suit was a good idea.)

[5:27 PM EST - Saying goodbye to someone I didn't know.]

It has been a strangely busy day today. It's already late, and I feel like I didn't get a lot of work done. There seems to be so much more on my plate now and.. things will get rough.

I can do this though.

[9:49 PM EST - Not long enough.]

I didn't get to play badminton long enough today. I need to get some more hitting in to get better. Hmm..

We did have a lot of people show up at least. That was good. A bunch of new faces, and a lot of old ones that haven't been coming out recently.

[10:15 PM EST - Sticking with unix.]

Ah, MyDoom is spreading like wildfire it seems, although girl got hit by it, I've been pretty much unscathed (at work or at home).

[10:51 PM EST - Yet another missed call.]

Darn. I missed yet another call. This time it was because I had left my cell at home. Pretty stupid considering that I was supposed to keep it on me today. I'm getting pretty bad at this cell phone business..

[11:00 PM EST - Decloaked.]

Oh yeah, my bird of prey reappeared on the window sill. However, it wasn't put back on it's stand..

[Thursday, January 29, 2004: No parent should have to bury their child.]

I figured that I'd start with a quote from The Two Towers.

I don't know what to say. I've never been to one before. It was very.. moving to see all of those people, and very sad to hear their grief. But they also shared all of the good times, the happy moments, and the joy of living. So it wasn't all doom and gloom.

So may the winds carry you off to a better life. You will be remembered.
