[12:28 AM EST - Transporting the one ring.]

I finished watching 'The Transporter' and.. yeah. Not that great a film.

Speaking of films, I found a link from the ShackNews that does a comparison between the Tolkien novels and Jackson's interpretation.

[12:40 AM EST - Hockey retirement.]

Well, the retirement party was nice. Not all that many people (less than thirty) so it was okay that I showed up alone. Besides, the average age there would probably be twice my age thereabouts. (Okay, I'm exaggerating.. a little.)

I ended up meeting a guy that was HBK's cousin. But then I found out that he was KC and OC's brother! Well.. he's probably the only guy in that family that isn't into hockey. Which I found quite amusing.

[10:11 AM EST - Packed vision.]

I got to work this morning and the parking lot was packed. Normally when I arrive at work, there's a lot of space to park in the back of the building since most of the drivers try to park under the enclosure. But today.. I have no idea where all these cars came from, but I saw quite a number of people walking towards our building from the various extermities of the lot.

Oh, I also found a fourth black RSX in the lot. I should go RSX hunting.

On the way into the building, I nearly bowled over this short girl who looked like Madelaine. I was so stunned by that that I walked into the down elevator by mistake! (It had yet another cute girl in it too, so I wasn't too miffed at myself.)

[10:15 AM EST - To spank or not to spank?]

That is the question? I heard on the radio that there was some sort of Supreme Court decision being made on this whole spanking thing. Apparently the law allows parents, caregivers and teachers the right to use "reasonable force" to physically reprimand a child. Are they thinking of abolishing it? If you can't spank your child.. well, that's an interesting debate.

[11:56 AM EST - Moving right along..]

Okay, it's the end of January. Who would've thunk? I've been doing some thinking. Quite a bit of thinking actually, but I really don't have that much time to think.

Doh. I've been trumped.

Okay, back to confusion (and work).

[12:46 PM EST - Hammered.]

Whoa, information overload here. Way too much stuff coming in too little time..

[1:26 PM EST - There goes my resolve.]

Damn. More thinking required. More work to do as well.

[5:52 PM EST - Feeling better.]

I guess judgement day has been stayed for a bit. But the day will come eventually.

Oh, I should be getting a new hard drive next week. It'll be a whole thousand MB! Whoot!

Yes, it's going into the server. That should give me more leeway with what I can install in that system. Unfortunately, the case doesn't have too many 3.5 bays, so I'll have to find a frame of some sort. (Or just go with two screws.)
