[10:23 AM EDT - A defense.]

I actually got in earlier than usual today to make it to the defense. Too bad I was still late. Fortunately, I wasn't too late, although I got a number of looks when I slinked in (after trying to open the locked door).

There were a couple of things I forgot to mention yesterday. First of all, it was a really nice day yesterday (warm and sunny) and AHS had some sort of car washing fundraiser at the GTO gas station that morning (and probably afternoon). I noticed that most of the volunteers were female. Uhh.. I'll leave the rest up to your imagination. Needless to say, I wasn't paying all to much attention to the traffic as I crossed the street.

I also bumped into KAT in the RIM parking lot afterward. We had a short discussion about this and that, and the phrase that stuck out the most, was when he was telling me about a date (Birthday? Wedding day?). May the 4th in fact. Apparently, some of his friends used to bug him about it by saying,

"May the 4th be with you."

Ahh! *wants to throttle someone* That's nearly as bad as the smelting pun!!

We went out to the Seoul Soul last night for some Japanese cum Korean food. Hmm.. BBQed beef with wasabi! *raises chopsticks* Dig in! *munches away happily*

Over dinner, some of us (with Diablo 2) were discussing the possibility of having some sort of multiplayer event at the Nightmare level. Later on that evening, it became reality. We started around eleven, and the five of us played until three in the morning! We started in act two, and made all the way to the end of the game. Holy crap. It really helped that Calvin had the waypoints so we could skip some of the more tedious parts, while a couple of our characters were way too powerful for this level. (Not me though. *hides behind everyone*)

It was really fun actually, especially when you have so many people. I liked splitting up the group into a couple of strike teams to complete parts of the quest simultaneously, so that we could finish the game faster, and the people involved actually got some action. Very fun.

I can't believe we played until three even though I knew I had to wake up early today! Argh!

Anyway, there's some broomball thing going on tonight, so I should look into that.

A: "Star Wars: PM should have been released on the 4th of May and not the 25th".

B: "Why is that?"

A: "Because in their ad campaigns they can say 'May the 4th be with you'"

[Ba dump bump ching!]
