[7:06 PM EDT - Convocation.]

I guess this is a good time as any to talk about how my convocation went. Well, it went as well as it did the last time I convocated (three years ago). Met people I haven't seen for a while, got really (really) hot wearing my suit and robe out in the sun, waited for god-knows-how-long for the four-hundred (or thereabouts) graduates to walk past the chancellor. (Arts had over nine-hundred! Oi.) It was mostly for the parents, and partly for the pictures. I think AgentP and Jax got the most out of it (especially Jax) for seeing me in a suit (a very rare occurance).

I got to talk to quite a number of people (even TUji, remember him Laz?), and took just about all of their pictures. All except for AgentP, who happened to disappear just after all the formalities were done and over with. (Jax and I weren't able to track him down.)

I took a couple of pictures, but most of them were taken my other people (most who didn't seem to understand the concept of "manual focus"). I hope they came our alright.

The weather was good, the time flew, and I met more than enough people to make the event worthwhile. All in all, a good choice (to come back for convocation that is).

Oh dear, it's raining now. *watches the rain hammer against the window*

I think I'll start answering comment questions in the comments (à la Laz). This should make it easier for people to find my answers (so they don't have to sift through the entries). Anyway Jax, the entry in question is June 11th.
