Got a couple of Miyazaki links from Phat and FlyingS. The one from Phat is some news on some Totoro thing, while FlyingS sent the website for the new film.
Played Revenant last night. Very fun game. I wasn't paying close attention to the time though. Last time I checked, it was around one in the morning, so I decided to continue a little longer before quitting. The next time I looked at the clock, it was ten to four. Doh.
I did wake up earlier than yesterday though.. although ten of the clock isn't exactly early. Ah well.
We'll be taking Dusty out to lunch today. He chose East Side's so I'll be able to use my gift certificate! Yahoo! Today we shall feast for tomorrow we may all die!
Hmm.. it seems as if I'm ineligible for an NSERC next year since I've already got one and I can extend it for another year! Well, that's news to me (I didn't think mine could be extended). I did recieve word that I was given another scholarship though! Wow, money is appearing from everywhere!
Well, with this new found wealth, I decided to pay for Dusty's lunch and buy myself a baklava to celebrate. Last one in the restaurant as well!

A little worried about sticking up those CTRL-A pictures up here, I was a little surprised that FlyingS rushed off and pasted the photos onto the CTRL-A page. Check them out if ya want, but I guess they're going up sometime today.

I nearly missed out on a metting this afternoon for CHEM 129. Got reminded twenty-five minutes after the fact when JSI mentioned that he didn't have any TA stuff to do today.. (that's when I remembered that I did). Didn't miss much, wasn't a big deal.
For a little while there I thought I might have a really full team for broomball this term, unfortunately, since the game times are Saturday nights, not everyone will be able to show up. Add the fact that Mr. Broomball and Renee won't be around this term, that means that I'm down a couple. Crap.
Growly wrote in a correction to yesterday's story:
That story about the "CTC" taken from the _Hyperspace_ book is actually a re-telling of a story by one of my most favourite SF authors, Robert A. Heinlein. It's called "All You Zombies" and can be found in the collection _The Unpleasant Profession of Jonathan Hoag_
weirDo later confirmed that the original story came from some other source, and mentioned a couple of other interesting books to read (after reading Growly's list of suggested literature. I'll have to go check it out sometime!
Well, I better get going. I'm getting hungry and I need to wash dishes. Gah.
