[4:00 PM EST - Soon I shall return..]

Well, just finished playing Risk.. actually, I've just finished playing Risk since I was the first one to get beaten. At least it gives me time to update this thing! Anyhoo..

I got picked up by Laz and the three of us went shopping around for Supremacy.

We wanted to find a Toys `R' Us but came up empty handed. The places were we thought had a Toys `R' Us were wrong, or the store had closed. We wanted to go there since we were pretty sure that they would have a copy, and that Laz might pick up a Dreamcast..

*rubs hands gleefully*

Alas, we were unsuccessful, and after calling around, we realized that Supremacy hasn't been in production for years. How unfortunate.

Anyway, louder got to the house as soon as the rest of us made it back, which was pretty coincidental since I was a little afraid that we were going to be late. We couldn't figure out what we wanted to do so we broke out Laz's copy of Risk. Kyle came on by and brought his gf over. We had already started playing our game of Risk so they sat around watching us for a bit before we headed off to Kelsey's for dinner.

We decided on going to watch a movie. Specifically "Galaxy Quest", although it was already eight and the next show was at nine-thirty. Crap. We tried two other theatres and found even worse times for the show, so we went back to the original theatre and got tickets (it was already nine by that time anyway).

The movie was okay, and it's really geared towards Trekies. I don't think it was worth going to see in the movies, but you might want to rent it sometime. There were some pretty good jokes, and I was surprised how good Sigourny Weaver looked (despite being ninety).

Well, we got back and finished off the Risk game and now I'm here. We should be heading back to Waterloo sometime soon so I should finish this up. I've still got that bet to finish, and with ten days before the deadline, I don't know if I can hold out. We'll have to see.

That's about it, I need sleep.

Uhm.. Sigourney Weaver was born Oct 8, 1949.

I know she's not ninety, can't I exaggerate? (I should've said that she was two-hundred.) But thanks for the info, I didn't know she was in her fifties (although now that I think about it, "Alien" did come out in 1979..).
