I had looked at the weather forecast last night and there was no indication of any rain in the morning rush, so I was preparing myself to take my bike. However, just before I left the condo, I heard tapping on my window, so I looked outside and saw that the heavens had opened and torrents of rain were falling from the sky.
Ah well, I needed to bring a lot of stuff to the office today anyway. (At least the CN Tower is very visible today.)

Depending on how you read the date and time, it is an interesting time now. I guess it would have been more interesting twenty years ago.
I do remember being given a task by our math teacher at the time. The year 1987 was interesting because all of the digits in the year were different, and the next time this would occur would be 2013, over a quarter of a century later! Our task was to use simple arithmetic to try to generate as many numbers from 1 to 100 as possible using only those four digits. For example: 87 - 19 = 68.
I think we got pretty close. There were only a handful of numbers which we were unable to do with simple arithmetic (if you include roots and powers) and ended up using trigonometry. We had no idea what it was until many years afterwards but learned that sin(90) = 1.
