[11:41 PM EDT - Taxes as well.]

I guess it is that time of the year. I need to pay my property taxes. Man, I had not taken into account property taxes when I was trying to figure out if I could afford to live here and now it is certainly biting me in the arse.

Ah well, as long as I do not over spend this year, I should be okay.

Speaking of overspending, I got the invite to CJF's wedding! Now, should I bring a date?
