[1:25 PM EDT - Tee time.]

I got an offer to play golf next week. (Why do people keep asking me if I play golf? Do I look like a golfer? *tugs at golf shirt*) What is so special about golf anyway? I know some people who have really gotten into it for some reason or another. Activitywise, it's not as strenuous as roller hockey or broomball, and all you do is pay money to walk around whacking a little ball. Why is golf such a big deal? The first thought that comes to my head: It's fun. At least I'm assuming that it is since I've never really played and so many other people have. *scratches head*

Hey cool, one of the guys here plays in a jazz band. Too bad I'm not pianolly inclined anymore. *shows off ten thumbs*

Okay, okay.. back to work.

Personally, I usually consider "strenuous activity" to be a con rather than a pro. I don't think I'm too eccentric in saying so, either. Getting sweaty isn't really my idea of fun.

Damn humidity.
