[9:40 AM EDT - Tough.]

It's kind of cool this morning, and it would've been an ideal time to bike to work, but I wasn't really in the mood. Not really in the mood for much ATM. *sigh*

Hey, it seems like Microsoft's suffering from foot-in-mouth disease.

Ultimate tonight. Seems like the weather's going to be pretty good! *grabs jeans* Umm, got lots of work to do so I'll have to cut this short.

[11:04 PM EDT - Shall we dansu?]

Got that line from FlyingS. Why did I get that line? Well, I was informed by that pillar of knowledge and other less useful facts that 'Shall we Dansu' was playing on Bravo tonight (at eight-thirty). I would've posted it earlier but hey, I was in a busy.

I didn't get home from ultimate until nine so I did miss out on half of the movie, which is one of those dating type movies if you were wondering.

<- didn't have a date.

It was okay. Nothing outstanding or out of the ordinary. But I did get a sudden urge to learn some ballroom dancing.. *looks around cautiously*

Anyhoo, ultimate was fun, if you consider losing fun. *hangs head* We got whipped pretty bad yet again. I got knocked down by a guy in the end zone but didn't call a foul because I'm too nice! *shakes fist* Must not let people get away with that!

Anyway, our chant was much better this time around. DWC actually composed a song for us (to the tune of "Blowing in the Wind") which we butchered pretty badly I might add. Nevermind that. The surprise for the day was that one of the girls on the other team looked awfully familiar. Awfully familiar. I knew I screwed up an opportunity to check with one of the guys on another team so I decided to take the plunge and see if this person was who I thought it was. So I tapped her on the shoulder and asked:

"Are you [M]? [MC]?"

She gave me one of those "I know you too" looks but couldn't come up with a name. Even a couple of hints didn't help her out (which doesn't surprise me since we never did talk, and didn't actually see each other beyond grade six). Anyway, we got into the typical "How are you doing, and who have you seen" routine. (Apparently she's still in touch with the group she hung out with in high school/elementry school.)

Coolio. I remember being attracted to her in grade six but I really only had one girl on my mind at that time. Ah well, it was nice seeing an old face.

Speaking of old faces, I just got e-mail from Madelaine! She's alive! (Albiet a little slow on the response side of things it seems.) I gotta see what the heck she's been doing. (How's life? How are the kids? etc.)

Speaking of which, I've got some e-mail to respond to.

[11:42 PM EDT - Wicked.]

Hey, I forgot to mention that I got this wicked bruise from playing ultimate today. DWC just had to throw a disc that was just barely out of my reach, which I just HAD to dive for and I ended up blowing half of the capillaries in my right pinkie. *looks at finger* Okay, so maybe not half, but it looks like someone marked my pinkie with a red marker. (Soon it'll look like someone wrote on my pinkie with a purple marker.)
