I was well on my way to writing my first entry of today but I got distracted by work and lost it all. =(

I just got an attachment from girl so I saved it and loaded up on my laptop here at work. From the look of the attachment, it didn't seem like it had a virus, and my system should warn me if the (Excel) file had any macros.
Anyway, I loaded it up. I stared for a couple of seconds as my optical nerves sent the images to my brain where it processed the electrical impulses and told my conciousness what I was staring at.
I quickly opened another window on top of my desktop.
Next time I'll make sure no bosses or females are in the room when I view attachments. *looks around cautiously* (It's not like I'm a prude or anything, but I've got an image to maintain!)

While I was fishing for the sunglasses in the car, I noticed that most of the garbage and stray bits of paper that used to litter the dash/seats/flooring had been cleaned up! I was quite impressed that girl finally got around to cleaning out some of that stuff. Then I noticed something different. There were spots on the seat. Closer examination revelaed that it was dirt. Actually, there was dirt on the flooring as well as the dash, and median, and.. well, what the heck was she doing? Shagging the swamp thing in the front seat?!? *wipes off some dirt*
Time to grab that dust buster.. (Woo.. Woo!)
You know, I needed to find a better server to synchronize my clock to. It seems as if the one I was connected to (I forgot which it was) seemed to be fifteen minutes fast! Argh! Anyway, here's a list I can peruse for later. I chose one of the Penn State ones so the time should be much more accurate (I think it's three minutes off official time).

Hmm, I lost my network connection. I can't see out for some reason. The modem looks fine, and my LAN is still in good shape, so my only guess is that something outside of my house is to blame. Argh! I wanted to send out some mail too! *shakes fist*
Ah well, I'll have to find something else to pass the time..

I just checked my router and apparently the IP's changed! When did this happen? *wanders down to the computer room*
Somebody must've unplugged the cable modem. Smart. Very smart. I've got some work ahead..

Dang (which means damn)! I guess anyone trying to hit this page will have problems for the next while since the IP's been changed. It'l take some time for the changes to percolate through the network. *scrunches nose* It was quite annoying.
At least I can still look out into the network! *checks news*

Hey, I was just checking news and came across an article on slurping in Japan. I was also surprised as to the high percentage of guys who considered themselves sexually harrased in school. Hey, I didn't know it was traditional! Another thing I found on the ShackNews is a trailer for Return to Wolfenstein. I'm downloading it right now. Holy fastness Batman! Less than five minutes to download a 44 meg file = r4wk!
How come I don't get those speeds when I'm downloading pr0n? The injustice!
