[10:09 PM EST - Weekend mayhem.]

Well, as I mentioned before, the trip to Waterloo went fairly well. Laz, Werdna, and I got together before and went shopping for a new joystick for Laz's Dreamcast. The idea was to pop over to Pacific Mall, grab a stick, go back to Laz's place and then test it out (as well as some games I brought along). Well, after picking me up from my house, it took us the better part of an hour to get in! The traffic there was horrible! The place redefines gridlock, and finding a parking spot was harder than finding a palm tree in Antarctica. Dang, getting out was not much easier. All said, it took us about three hours to get in, shop for a joystick, and get out. Not exactly a productive afternoon.

Anyway, after getting back to Laz's place, finding out that the games I brought didn't work on his system, and then going out to eat, we sped out to Waterloo to join the party (we were already late before we left). When we got there, the place was packed. There were about forty people squeezed into a tiny basement suite and there was much talking and drinking going on. Well, the drinking soon stopped after we got there because the keg ran dry, but there was still quite a bit of talking.

I recognized a number of people at the party, but there were a lot of people there who were complete strangers. Anyway, we got to see wedding photos, play Dreamcast (after everyone had left - because we didn't bring a power cord, but was able to find one afterward), and see some girls kissing.

Well, *I* didn't see the event myself. I just heard about it. *shakes fist* Ahem. Anyway, I should cut this short. I need to go to sleep soon, but we woke up today not as late as I had expected. They didn't want to go out to the King Street Trio for brunch as I had suggested, so we had a late lunch at some other restaurant. We came back soon afterward, and I spent the time to cleaning up my room. That's about it.

Oh, and the answer (as I had expected) was no.

Okay, I think it's time to sleep.. *yawn*
