I'm slowly feeling my age: My right knee is swollen after last night's dancing. It's been bothering me for a while now. I normally feel it after flossing at night because I tend to lean forward towards the mirror and flossing takes more than a few minutes (it's more like ten now). I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but it's like the alignment isn't quite right. Maybe I should have it checked along with my right wrist.

Ah yes, I definitely feel age catching up with me. My reaction time is definitely not as "good" as it used to be.

The funny thing it that it's a gradual change which I sort of noticed but didn't pay attention to until the difference was really obvious. Middle age, here we come!
