Man, I've been busy. Anyway, I got back home and bumped into girl who suggested that I take a look at the Chelsea since you can rent to own there. The prices look a little.. high. But the area is expensive already. I'm a little wary about getting a place there when I don't really have that much money to spend on housing. I'll have to do some calculations to figure out how much I can afford on rent and then see what I've got left to pay for gas and stuff like that. (Most likely, very little.)
Well, the first thing I could do is to start selling off all of the assets that I don't actually need (like my second car)..
