[10:55 PM EDT - Still falling behind..]

Argh! I spent most of my weekend working on this site and playing around with PHP. It's been quite educational actually, and I've basically rewritten all of my static pages with PHP. Now all I have to do is to figure out how to get the non-static pages up and running with it. I probably won't use PHP everywhere, but a lot of the pages which I cobbled together using a combination of CGI and javascript I could probably do a better job with PHP. We'll see. I've still got a few generated pages (the site maps - which I can now update on the fly) to convert.

[Monday, May 10, 2004: The ultimate practice.]

I got up this morning and the first thing I did was turn on the computer to see if I could finish up with my PHP changes. No such luck. But I spent sufficient time on my site to make me very late for my ultimate practice. I guess it didn't really matter because my team didn't make much of it. Pokey was making more fun of me than usual. Must've been in a good mood methinks.

I was definitely not in top shape, as I didn't do so well during the practice, but the meal afterward was good. We had breakfast downtown, and I'll have to remind myself next time to order poached eggs. I've always ordered scrambled eggs at every restaurant in the past twenty some odd years. I like scrambled eggs, but now that I've had it so often for so long, I'm itching for change..

The meal was sufficiently large enough that I didn't need another meal for the rest of the day. This probably isn't that good since I didn't have breakfast this morning. Oh well, so long as I get back into rhythm this week, I should be alright.
