[12:35 AM EST - The grade up.]

I went with OMok to have dinner at ButtChunk's place. I haven't seen him for over three years! It was good to catch up though, and boy was I shocked to learn that LXC was married! Married!

Will wonders never cease?

[1:14 AM EST - Perl hashes.]

I found this page on perl hashes very useful. I also found this page on a perl script for Easter handy as well.

Ugh, I definitely didn't eat something right in the past day. Hopefully it's out of my system now.

[Wednesday, December 31, 2003: Family volleyball.]

I went down to pick up Squishy and (after waiting a while) promptly drove off without my headlights on. It wasn't until I had crossed a major intersection when I realized that I couldn't see my speedometer. Oops! I don't think people will be asking me for rides any time soon.

Just about everyone showed up for volleyball (although not all on time). We had about ten people show up (girl, Dangerman, DT, BT, KW, JW, PL, PY, Squishy and I), which was actually a good number since the players weren't that bad. Actually, the game turned out better than I had expected. We didn't have that many rallys, but it wasn't jungle ball. It was quite fun, and I think it was the first time I played volleyball with anyone there (except for girl).

girl and Dangerman had to leave early unfortunately, but we still had a good game of four on four. I took a number of pictures (some of PY and PL throwing the disc around in the gym) but they didn't really turn out that well. Ah well.

Afterward, BT, DT, KW, KW, and I headed out for dinner. I hadn't had any food, and I forgot to steal some during the game, so I gobbled down whatever food was put in front of me.

It was tiring, but really good, and we all enjoyed the night's events.
