[4:18 PM EST - Making up history.]

Argh, two months of financial statements to reinput and decipher. It's bad enough when you're doing it on the spot, and even worse when you can't even remember what these transactions were for! I also have to recount all of my monetary assets. *grumbles*

I should be done by the end of the weekend though. After this rigmarole, I'm definitely making regular backups to a different computer..

[6:46 PM EST - Counted and recorded.]

Phew! After a few short cuts, I've rebalanced my books. I also cleared out the coin stash I've been collecting recently, and I need to get rid of all of these pennies!

I think I got everything. Hopefully I won't have to do this again for a long, long time. *backs up file*

[7:05 PM EST - Black spam.]

Craziness. I've been getting a lot of spam recently from my university account. Why the heck is there so much all of a sudden? And how come it's always from the same person?!?

On a more interesting note, I got a holiday greeting from LB! Coolio!

[9:09 PM EST - Third time's the charm.]

Well there you go. The CD that I thought was bad actually works! It just doesn't work on the two computers I originally tried, and the other CD with corrupted data also works, except for two pesky files. I don't mind. I think the tradeoff was good.

I forgot that I had tons of music burned from years back from my old collection (which I backed up after I pooched my hard drive) and stuff from weirDo which I never threw on my computer. I had originally thought of maintaining a rolling backup keeping track of all new songs that haven't been backed up, but it got way too difficult to keep track, so I gave up. Instead, I made a copy on a seperate computer so that I had at least one backup. Funny how things blow up the moment I clear out the backup huh?

[9:11 PM EST - A call from the past.]

Hey, GoofyBoy gave me a call to clarify a message he had sent me earlier (a reply to a reply to a..). It was good to hear from that boy.

I was doing a couple of checks while I was copying my files and came across a couple of things I had completely forgotten about. One was lyrics that ShadowWhyspr had asked me to look for and a quote from years past.
