I just finished reading Greenwitch, and I had finished reading The Dark is Rising on Saturday. They're pretty quick and easy reads I must add. Squishy lent them to me as something to compare with Harry Potter and it definitely seems different. It's entertaining though, but it's too bad I didn't get the first book in the series..

I went out on my first patrol today. I actually got a call from the hill to see if I was going to be coming in and I told them that I was scheduled for the afternoon. I should've scheduled in for the morning because they actually opened late. Instead, I ended up patrolling for five hours instead of three. Oh well, I guess that will just be added on to my patrol time..
It was good to get back into it though. I got the first accident of the year, I got to lead the shift, and things actually were.. okay. (If you exclude the lift breaking down.) Oh well, hopefully this will be a entertaining and good year.

Hey, I'm thinking of putting together a couple of Google projects. The first is for Laz, who after finding the miserable failure thing on Google (on Thursday) wanted his site to appear for anything associated with too sexy. Right now there's some article about a really old woman with some young guy, but we can knock it off right?
The second one is for DC. He wants the CAHL to show up higher on the Google listing. Yeah, I'm breaking my normal procedure of linking to a page on this site (so I don't have dozens of links to fix if the web site changes), but heck, why not try it out?
