Oops, I had forgotten that I was in the middle of something so I can't go to bed quite yet.

[12:48 AM EST - Screwed once..]

Oops, I screwed up my site when I ran my script. Instead of updating my files, I deleted all of them! Fortunately, I had recent backups. *wipes brow*

Hopefully I didn't break anything..

[2:59 PM EST - Things look like they work.]

Well, it seems as if things are sort of back to normal. I don't have anything planned tonight, so I'm going to take it easy. I've got a dinner thing tomorrow and some food to pick up. Yummy!

[11:18 PM EST - The strangest thing.]

That's really strange. The script error from last night clobbered my journal update stuff, but I was able to update the page despite.. (I just checked and found out that I hadn't restored those files until just now.)

That's really confusing.

Anyway, I finished Call of Duty just now. I figured that I might as well try to finish the pitch black mission after Laz told me where to go. Let me tell you, that it was VERY difficult groping around in the dark. Running into walls you can't see, hearing things that you can't track, getting lost because everything looks the same..

What erked me the most with that mission was that after I had completed my objectives (once I got outside, things got a little easier), I found out that I had to go BACK into the pitch black nothingness to complete the mission! Argh! *pulls at hair*

I really don't know why I put myself through it, but I finished the game eventually. The computer was much too slow to make the game enjoyable. It was not really playable either (so slow). Oh well, it's off my system now. I forgot that I had a video card to test out. I'll have to see when I can play around with it.
