It's a little nippy out there. My car was having a little trouble starting up, and the clutch and gearbox were both very stiff. I'm wondering how the car will run in even colder weather? (Will it?)

I was looking up why my driver side lock doesn't always work when I use the automatic locks (either with the remote or with the internal switch) and came across a forum thread that might explain why. I'll have to get it checked when I get my oil changed.

I was sent on a mission to retrieve an artifact. I decided to do some banking before picking up said item. Unfortunately, I arrived at the bank at a bit past eight, and it had already closed. (People were inside, but nobody was allowed to enter.) I ended up doing some ATM banking but I wouldn't be able to exchange some of these coin rolls I've collected. Tomorrow maybe..
After that, I headed down to pick up the item and got to the mall at around half-past-eight. I arrived in the store and looked around. I stared for a number of minutes before a sales representative came up to me to ask me what I was looking for. I inquired as to the whereabouts of the item, and I was told that it had sold out.
*blink*
Sold out?!? Crap! So I called up the powers that be and asked what to do next. We decided to go for a variant instead since.. well, we didn't have much of a choice right? So after several minutes of thinking, I picked up one of the boxes and headed to the front to pay. Fortunately for me, the lady who came up to me mentioned that I needed the original if I was to use this item.
*blink*
Ah crap. This was not working out for me at all! So she told me that they had it on back order but didn't know when it would be in. But she told me that another store may have it in stock. So she called in and was surprised to hear that they actually had a few on their shelves!
<- looks at time.
Hmm, quarter-to-nine. Not a lot of time to drive out to the other location. Then again, I do drive a sports car..

I stumbled into the other location and was surprised that it was still open (most of the other stores had closed at this point). I guess they were waiting for me. So I picked up a copy of the item, plunked down some hard plastic, and I was on my way!
Actually, I was surprised to see the number of kids that were hanging around in both locations. More so at the second than the first, but holy crap were they everywhere! Don't they have anything better to do with their time?!? (I guess not.)
