[12:47 AM EST - Beyond the ides of December.]

Oh man, is it already more than halfway through December? Crap! How can time go by so quickly?

[10:56 AM EST - Ankle Puff.]

My left ankle's a little sore. I took a couple of shots off of it at Saturday's hockey game (just below the shin guard and off the right side) and I've got a couple of little bruises there. Ah well, it should be better once I go and play badminton right?

The drive in was slow. The street was packed with cars, all going at a snail's pace. I did take a detour which actually let me come in only minutes after when I'd normally get in, but since I actually got up early today, it still took quite some time to get to work. Man, where does time go when you're responding to e-mail? It was only one message too!

Oh, I forgot to mention that in Hong Kong, the entire MRT was littered with posters featuring the Powerpuff Girls with messages like "Stand back from the edge" or "Let the elderly or injured sit in designated areas". (It's been a while so I can't remember the exact wording.) It's crazy though!

[1:01 PM EST - Another test?]

Guh. I just found out that I have another ski test coming up in the near future. Great.

[11:55 PM EST - Some Evening News.]

Well, is it ever chilly out there. I finally got my hair cut. *pats brush* This should hopefully last me through the holidays. Well, not my holidays since I'm not taking any, but the holiday season. *smirks*

I also did some banking and paid off my credit card. Next month's bill will be a doozy. I still have oodles of Christmas cards to send out and gifts to get, parties to attend, places to visit. Argh! Couldn't we just stretch out all of this stuff throught the year rather than pack it into a two week period? Madness!

In any case, I found some interesting stories on the ShackNews. The first is about an AIDS vaccine in the works, and the other is about some neat cooling plates for CPUs (although all you need is a Peltier cooler).
