[11:13 AM EST - Far west.]

I'm back out in the field again. Boy, it feels awfully funny not having my own computer to play around on. Anyway, I should keep his short, so I'll talk more later.

[6:22 PM EST - Pretty bad..]

I've been pretty lax at updating this thing for the past few days. Spending most of my time on the other end of the city may have something to do with it, although I did have all night to do something (anything) but decided to veg out and go to bed early. (I still got up late this morning for some reason.)

In any case, I should try clearing out these notes before I take too long and can't decipher my handwriting. It's quite embarassing when that happens. *tries to read a note written last week*

[8:51 PM EST - Stuff to do.]

With the eventual end of the season for broomball and badminton (and hip hop), I've been looking into finding things to do to fill up those hazy, lazy days of summer. I've already got (beach) volleyball lined up for some weekends, but my weeks are quite bare. Well, to the rescue came DWC who sent me a message about the upcoming ultimate season! Oh yeah! I had completely forgot about it. I played once for them last year, but since it was the end of the season (and Growly's wedding) I didn't get to play again.

Anyway, ultimate should be starting up in a couple of months. DWC also sent along a link to the TUC homepage.

[9:10 PM EST - They didn't have electricity back then..]

This teaser is a day old, but as I mentioned before, I've been pretty bad with updates, so I'll put it up here:

On this day in 1797, this popular invention was originally patented.

Any ideas? Throw them up in the forum! (It's still under construction unfortunately.)

[9:22 PM EST - Funny smells.]

Our car is dying a slow and agonizing death. Driving across the city twice a day helps it along it's journey to the scrap yard. (Ironically enough.) There's a leak in the radiator which forces me to check the coolant levels every day, and there is usually a strange smell coming from the vents. These smells will go away after a little while but that only makes me worry even more!

<- buys a resperator.

Both of my side mirrors are pointed too low, but I can't adjust them. The engine starts making funny noises whenever we hit 100 kph, and the driver's side window rattles if you try rolling it down. The seatbelts get caught in the door, and there's a hole in the grille. I think there's a chip in the windshield after a rock hit me yesterday, and the trunk hatch doesn't automatically open anymore.

It may not be a death trap, but boy, we're really squeezing this rock until it's completely dry..

[9:26 PM EST - A sound observation.]

I made an observation a few days ago. Every sound card I've ever bought came from a company that eventually either lost money and stopped producing them (Gravis) or lost money and went bankrupt (Aureal). In any case, I think both got clobbered by Creative. I wonder how Creative will do now that I'm getting a Sound Blaster?

[9:36 PM EST - Updates today.]

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Laz is interested in working on a game (and getting licked). Also, some school banned kids from playing tag..

[11:00 PM EST - Puzzles.]

Hey, does anyone out there have any puzzles I can chew on? I'm in the mood for some brain exercise.
