[11:47 AM EST - The neighbors are moving.]

Oh dear, it seems as if my neighbors are moving out. Was I being too loud? I only found out when I got back from my optometrist appointment this morning. I was going up in the elevator and a few people got on. It seemed as if one of them was a real estate agent, who read the apartment number after they got on.

I was a little surprised, but I had not seen the couple from next door for a while, so I am not that surprised. I did take a look at the the unit on MLS and found out how much it was going for: nearly four hundred thousand! Ouch!

I checked to see how much my unit was going for, but there weren't any for sale. But it seems like a one bedroom is going for about two-fifty grand.

[3:06 PM EST - I need a car wash.]

I really should wash my car. I have not cleaned out any of the salt or grime from it since I rotated my tires. That is to say, that I have not cleaned the car all winter long! So now it looks like this.

[My car needs a bath.]

I have another maintenance check up in the near future, so I might be able to get it done then.
