[10:30 PM EST - Only about a year past expiry.]

Hey, does flax seed oil ever go bad?

Anyway, I have been spending most of my free time updating old comments with links to the journal entries. This is mind numbing work. However, I have come across a lot of interesting comments that I have forgotten about, like how girl asked about the Arnis tournament where I first met Dangerman.

It will take me another few days to finish it all. That is if I don't gouge out my eyes first.

[10:41 PM EST - Up early for once.]

I did manage to get myself out of bed early this morning. I managed to drive to work and stay awake to boot. Traffic was really light at this time of the day, and I'll have to keep that in mind for future reference. So I ended up arriving at work much earlier than anticipated. Unfortunately, when I turned on my laptop, I heard a high pitched whine and my screen was very dark. A few attempts to improve the brightness did not make a difference (or made the screen darker) so I guessed that the back light went kaput.

In any case, the bunch of us went out to do our tour. It was fairly neat, although I have been through a steel mill before. Last time was much less formal, and I was able to see much more of the plant than this tour let us see.

The group of us went out to lunch afterwards, and I got so stuffed! MCC only ordered appetizers, so I partook in.. about half of her food, which combined with my dish and my dessert resulted in a very bloated stomach by the end of the meal. In fact, I have not eaten dinner and I am still very full.

I think I have some exercise to do in the near future (when my wrist heals).
