I went to badminton on Monday and arrived very early. My parents kicked me out of the house right after dinner since they had to go out. I had nowhere else to go but badminton so I was the first to show up. I spent most of the time getting the nets set up and stretching so that I would not hurt myself. Funny enough, by the end of the night, my knees felt like they were going and my left wrist was sore from all the strain.
Today I arrived to badminton late. I had to do some shopping beforehand and only arrived when the session was half over. The little girl showed up today and went crazy when I appeared. Kids are so easy to entertain. VLT also showed up. I got to talk to her about the past few months and find out what it's like to be in her position. I didn't realize difficult it must be to live like that but she was in high spirits.
N also showed up today, so I got to chat with her for a bit, and even she's making fun of my age.
I was supposed to contact Pokey afterwards since she was meeting up with ASH, but the community centre folks had a lot of left over food from dinner and I was compelled to consume some of it. (This thing about not turning down free food and all.)
By the time I got in touch with Pokey, it was already getting late, but I did get to talk to both of them. Heck, I even finished all of my baklava tonight! I was supposed to finish it off this morning but I forgot it in the microwave. It now smells heavily of cloves.
Now I just have to remember not to dress up like a slob tomorrow.

I rarely pick up my mail. For the most part, I get fliers and bills. Every now and then I get something different. The performance reports for my mutual funds came in, and my returns for my RRSP are actually pretty good this year.
