A lot of my teeth are feeling fairly loose again. The new brackets in conjunction with the elastics are giving me a little grief on the eating side. I may have to stick to soup for a little while.

I headed over to Durka's place after work since he offered to install my new rear light for me. We spent the next hour and a half figuring out how to install the new equipment, but he knew what he was doing and I spent most of my time following directions.
We had a couple of issues, but for the most part it was pretty straightforward, and once installed, the lights worked fine!
So now I'm feeling a lot more confident with riding at night now that I have some nice blinkers on the back. They're quite bright at night as well, and the fact that they're amber rather than red make them a lot easier to see.
We finished not long before it was time for the meet, so I headed out and grabbed some food once I got there. People started to show up (very slowly) and we hung around at the parking lot for an hour or so before heading out to the field.
Actually, we never got to the field, we went to a parking lot and threw the disc around for a couple of hours. Most of the rest of the group went out for food afterwards, but I went straight home to clean up and sleep. (Well, after a bit of Titan Quest that is.)
