I got mail from the condominium corporation informing me that the condo fees were going up twenty percent next month. Ouch. I'm going to take a look at my agreement..
Doh, it states that I get a credit for the first two years of maintenance
"..without any further adjustments or increase."
Doh! I had even asked the sales representative when I was thinking of buying the place what would happen if the the maintenance rates did increase and she told me at the time that
"They never increase the fees in the first two years."
That's something for the rest of you folks to keep in mind!
