It is very hot and humid outside! I went for a short ride to drop off some plastic bags and take a look at the apartment recycling bins. I didn't want to keep collecting my recyclables in plastic bags on the table as it seemed a little.. messy. But the bins were tall and narrow rather than boxy, so I decided not to pick one up.
I went out without the leather pants as I knew that the heat would kill me, but it was still a lot hotter than I thought it would be! I was sweating buckets, and by the time I got back home after a short shopping run, my shirt was completely soaked.
My neck was doing pretty well considering. I don't have full mobility, but I have enough to function normally, so I was pretty happy with that. Quite a change from this morning huh?

Oh, I also picked up one of those Mr. Clean erasers. They're not that cheap, but they seem to do the trick. Too much use, however, will take the paint off, and I could see the streaks that I was making with the eraser. Ah well, the marks are gone so we'll see how it goes.

With the 407 ETR sending repeated reminders to sign up for e-billing, I figured that I might as well sign up. I had forgotten that I had signed up for an e-post account at the beginning of this year for some banking thing, so it was a simple process to change my user account, and add the 407 stuff to it. Bada bing, bada boom!
I should be getting less mail, and have more of my bills stored electronically. I'd be curious to see if I can get my other bills to show up electronically. I think this is a good thing, so long as my hard drive doesn't die on me..

I cleaned up my apartment today. The broomball party was canceled and it was way too hot to go outside to ride. I also took the time to sort-of clean and grease my chain. I'm not quite sure if I did it right, but I didn't make too much of a mess, I didn't drop the bike, (it fell on my car - slowly - so there was no damage) and thing seem good. It's supposed to rain tomorrow so I probably won't be riding, but at least I know that I can do a bit of maintenance on my bike..
