[12:25 AM EDT - Hotmail said you must pay money to have WebDAV access.]

Well, that would explain why I haven't been able to download any Hotmail e-mail recently. (That and the fact that my configuration file was incorrectly set up.)

One thing I don't like about Hotmail is that there is no forwarding capability. I'm tempted to just let the account die, although I think I still have some e-mail pointed to that account.

We'll see what I can do..

[12:42 AM EDT - Maybe it's just me.]

I was doing a bit of looking around, and came across this thread explaining that recently created/reactivated accounts will be flagged as no WebDAV access. I had to reactivate my account recently as I hadn't logged in for many moons (since my e-mail wasn't working), so.. do I fall under that category? I guess I'll find out by the end of the summer..

[9:26 AM EDT - Maybe if I took a look at the card..]

Doh! I brought the card in to have it checked and find out what model it was, and as I opened up my bag, the model type was right in my face!

(As is a very large egg.)

Oh well, I guess I'll test it out when I get back home.

[6:19 PM EDT - Chain Links: Being agile.]

Squishy pointed me to one of her prof's Pyre Blog that caught my attention. There was an article on it about Agility and Romanticism that hits a certain nail on the proverbial head. My job in particular may be considered "agile" as our software is always constantly being updated due to the whims of our clients. This makes it a quickly evolving product, but also leads to a lot of documentation and maintenance headaches. I'd say more, but I've got another enhancement to work on that needs to be done soon..

[Saturday, June 24, 2006: A bit of shopping and a bit of.. more shopping.]

My hockey gloves are a decade old and the palm of my right glove is composed primarily of hockey tape. In fact, most of the material on the inside of the glove is either supported by, or composed of black hockey tape.

After the third time the holes started appearing in my glove, I decided that it was probably a good time to pick up some new hockey gloves.

TT told me that Sport Mart was going out of business and they were having a massive clearance sale, so I dropped by to take a look. With everything being 40% off, I didn't have a problem with picking up a new pair of hockey gloves. They're a bit larger than my old ones, but they felt good, and the price is unbeatable. There were tons of other things that I could pick up there like fifty dollar golf sets, but I figured that I'll wait until next week when the prices are slashed to 50% off..

I also picked up one of those adjustable air filters. It was fairly expensive, but I figured that it was high enough quality and of good enough design that it will fit into the custom filter size of my heat pump. I guess we'll find out huh?
