My machine's crashes are fairly inconsistant. I decided to turn on the memory check and it failed, so I'm testing each stick one at a time..

Hmm, it seems as if my machine's working much better now. I took out the one bad memory stick and I haven't had any crashes yet. Unfortunately I've lost 128MB of memory, but I'm not playing any games right now, so it's not like I really need the extra RAM.

I've been checking out some "Farscape". It's okay. Nothing out of the ordinary though. (Too bad we don't see much of Alyssa-Jane Cook..)

Werdna and I went to visit Laz in the hospital today. We had invited a bunch of people to come out, but I think they were all busy today, so only the two of us went to check him out.
When we got to his room, there was a sign next to the door indicating that we had to go to the sign in desk and talk with one of the nurses before going in. I didn't notice the sign and was just about to go in, but Werdna suggested that we might want to follow hospital procedures. I also noticed a lot of protective gear laid out on the table below the sign. Seeing things like this make me worry a bit about visiting people in the hospital.
The nurse was fairly nice and told us that protective garb (a smock, a face mask, and gloves) were required as antibiotics were in use. So we donned our protective garb, and I felt like we were going to check out an alien dissection.
Laz seemed alright, and we chatted a bit before Pops arrived. We stuck around a little longer before Werdna and I went out for dinner.
After dinner, I went to my hockey game. I had already started getting a head ache when I was visiting Laz, so I really wasn't in the mood to play. But they told me to shrug it off, so I got dressed and got on the ice. The one thing about strenuous activity is that I'd be concentrating so much on playing that I'll forget about my head ache, and joint ache, and muscle ache. However, after the game (which we lost), things started to come back..
So I didn't go out for snacks afterward since I wanted to go to bed ASAP. I hoped that I'd get enough sleep to recover.. (Hopefully I didn't have a fever.)
