Ugh. I think I am coming down with something. I have a sore throat, and my muscles still ache. Any sudden movements will result in a headache, and I'm tired all the time. Right, so it might be a flu. So why the heck did I go out tonight?
I went to get my skates sharpened. I was told by BL last night that there was some sort of hockey sock sale going on down there, so I figured that I could get a pair of cheap socks to replace the ones that are dying on me.
I got there and wasn't sure where the socks were, so I went up to one of the girls who I had passed by earlier (she looked kind of cute from the back/side) and asked for assistance. She was cute, and had a cute voice to boot! But she lead me back to the spot where I had just came from, so I felt kind of stupid. Besides, it didn't have any of those socks on sale, nor did they have any black socks. I decided to do a bit of wandering around and eventually came up to a bin of socks which were the sale socks that BL was talking about. Unfortunately, most were junior sized, and the only one which I would have considered taking were mismatched. *sigh*
Afterward, I went out to dinner/grocery shopping/movie watching with Dangerman and Pokey. "Shawn of the Dead" was pretty good, but I never saw any of the "Living Dead" series so I couldn't really compare them.
Oh man, I really do feel like crap. I should go to bed.

Ugh. I got very little sleep last night. My shoulder/back/neck ached all night and I couldn't seem to find out the cause of the pain. It felt as if the muscles were sore, but not quite, and no amount of stretching or kneading seemed to help, so all I could do was to try to find a comfortable position and deal with it.
It's times like these I wonder why I abhore taking pain killers.

MCC asked me that in the hallway while we were talking. I never noticed, but I realize that I always tend to put my hand on my stomach whenever I talk to people or if I'm sitting around or whatever. It seems like a very strange habit and I have no idea how it came about. In any case, let's see if I can conciously force myself not to do that from now on..

I wasn't feeling so hot tonight so I skipped out on badminton to do some ski patrol stuff. It seems like I've got a lot more work ahead of me than I thought..
