Ugh, apart from the soreness in my neck, I'm feeilng some twinges in my lower back. I've had lower back spasms before, and it was not a very fun experience. I need to stretch before exercise..

I went to broomball for the first time in three weeks last night. We had a lot of people showing up, but it still a bit of running (for those of us who were).
I also ordered a Esso Speedpass, a new battery for my phone, and updated the e-mail addresses on my accounts. Things I've been meaning to do but never got around to doing, so I'm doing stuff as I remember them.
I know that I've got other things to do, but the big thing in my head right now is the schedule..

I went to badminton for the first time in three weeks tonight. I felt a little rusty despite my time off to rest. Mind you, I was suffering from bronchitis so I wouldn't really call it "rest".
