Oi, I woke up late today because I've got a doctor's appointment. The sleep was good for me. If only I could get more of it.
Anyway, my updates will be sparse and slow for a while since I don't really have much in the way of time for actually making changes here. We'll see how things go though.

I was supposed to be attending some sort of party for an old high school buddy. Unfortunately, I can't remember who it was, but I did get to see a lot of people from high school I hadn't seen in a while. The party was being held at a fancy little restaurant in some European town with a nearby mountain. The restaurant was made of stone and most of the exterior looked quite old. The interior was quite new though, and had a cozy atmosphere. I had been sitting with a group of other people who weren't from my high school. One of them was VanPi. I didn't expect to see her there since she has no connection to anybody really. Apparently her roommate knew someone there and dragged her out. What a coincidence.
I ended up talking with her for a while and noticed that one of her eyes was sky blue and the other was dark blue. So I put my finger on her chin and turned her to face me so that I could look into her eyes. Depending on the way the light reflected off of them, her eyes would change colour. It was quite nifty.
I talked with her for a bit but she eventually wanted to go home. So I decided to leave with her. Before we walked out of the door, I told her that I wanted to say goodbye to everyone first so I went back into the restaurant and started saying my goodbyes and checking to see if I had left anything at the table. I ended up bumping into the roommate who told me that she wasn't going to be going home tonight. So I kept that in mind..

I went to the doctor this morning and was told that I had some mild bronchitis. I got a perscription, but I'm not sure if I should go ahead with it.
Before I left for my appointment, my mom told me that my jacket smelled like smoke. Hmm.. that might've explained why I've been having so many coughing fits. But I've been asknig around with other people and nobody else seems to think that I smell like smoke. Hmm, maybe it isn't the jacket?
On the way to work, I noticed a white car slip into the middle lane way ahead of me. My cop radar was going off so I figured that I would slip behind a car in between me and the cop. The funny thing is that everyone else was doing the same thing, trying to get out of the line of sight with the cruiser. The poor fellow at the head of this convoy could only slow down and try not to be noticed. Eventually, the police car had driven far past us and traffic resumed as normal.
