It seems as if my server crashed. That would explain why I wasn't able to access the site. Anyway, I'm pretty much dead right now (yes I'm home). I'm going to sleep.

So, I was sick this morning, but I forced myself out of bed anyway. I wasn't feeling all that bad actually, so I was able to drag myself out of bed and head out to work..
On the way to work, I started hearing the news unfold of a hostage situation downtown. It was all over and done with by the time I got to work, but it was the first time I've heard about something this public in the news.. in a long time.
I was really sore from the previous night's antics, and my neck was exceptionally sore. I figured that those pains would go away over the course of the day, but they just got worse at time wore on. Indeed, I couldn't concentrate and I started getting a headache as well.
By the time lunch rolled around, I was barely able to stay concious and I couldn't taste my food. MF suggested that I take some Neo-Citran and go to sleep, and I figured that that would be a good idea as I wasn't getting any work done at all.
I headed back home soon after lunch and went straight to bed. Ironically enough, the moment my head hit the pillow, the phone rang. After shooing that person off the line, the phone rang yet again. Fate was conspiring me from getting any sleep! *shakes fist*
I didn't actually take any Neo-Citran despite buying a box of that stuff. I'm still maintaining my "drug free" sort of lifestyle while I can, although flax oil and vitamin C are my only two cop outs.
I kept getting these neck pains when I was trying to sleep so I decided to head for the two pillow method. That seemed to help a lot.
At dinner, I drank chicken noodle soup and skipped on the Tylenol, which was interesting because four hours later, my fever broke. I wonder if I would've believed that the Tylenol was the cause for my recovery?
Anyhoo, I got some good sleep afterward..
