[9:14 AM EDT - Badminton knees.]

I haven't played badminton in a while and it shows. This morning I got up and my knees were a little sore. Coincidentally enough, when I was eating breakfast, girl mentioned that a co-worker of hers had problems with his knees and his doctor told him that he couldn't run or snowboard ever again.

Anyone know any good physiotherapists?

[9:41 AM EDT - Putting up posters.]

I'll be needing to find out about putting up posters at community centres in the area and libraries as well.

[7:11 PM EDT - Cracked front view.]

Ugh. My knees are absolutely killing me! My ankles aren't doing so hot either. I was wondering if it was because of badminton, but then I remembered something: I started wearing my new shoes recently. Although it's been a month now, I'm wondering if the switch from my orthodics to something flat may have had an impact on my lower legs?

I might throw those insoles into my new shoes after tomorrow's game just to see if it'll make a difference.

On other news, I was driving home on the highway when I heard a large cracking sound. I looked on the right side of my windshield and noticed a nice impact on the glass. Argh! I wasn't even going very fast and there weren't any trucks or anything like that in front of me, so I have no idea where the rock/stone/hard object could've come from.

It's very irritating! I'll have to get it fixed soon, but I've got a checkup this Saturday so I may inquire as to what they might be able to do before I get it repaired.

[10:32 PM EDT - Insects abound.]

That's where those insects have been coming from. Someone's been opening my window every now and then. I wouldn't have noticed much since the window isn't actually open a lot, but the appearance of a moth, and now a large mosquito alerted me to the large gap in my wall. (The mosquito flew around in side for a bit and then flew back out and that's when I noticed that the window was open.)

The window being open isn't a problem for me. The problem is that there is no screen to prevent birds, insects, and anything else from coming into my room.

I'm wondering if there are any other creepy crawlies making nests in my room..
