[8:51 PM EDT - Where did these clouds come from?]

Whoa.. it was a hot, bright, and sunny day today. All of a sudden, clouds rolled in and now it's dark. Then again, I haven't looked outside for a while..

[9:08 PM EDT - Voice keys.]

Well, that would do it. I just got a call back and realized why my dad thought it was a girl calling. *shrugs*

I nearly laughed out loud when the truth dawned on me.

Before I headed out, I had trouble finding my keys. The problem with critical objects, is that you usually don't need them until you're in a situation when you need them at that moment. Like, finding your keys just before you go out to meet up with people, or looking for your phone when you want to call someone, or finding your wallet when you need to pay for something.

It took me ten minutes but I found the keys downstairs in my gym bag. I threw it in there after my haircut.

[10:05 PM EDT - New Calendar.]

I've got a new calendar script ready for use except for the fact that it can't seem to get permissions to access the files. I could've sworn that I've set the proper access for the scripts, but I'll need a bit more fiddling around to figure out what's going on here.

[10:53 PM EDT - Duh.]

Duh, I forgot about group access and world access and the like. That's okay. I figured it out in the end. I think the Calendar script is ready for prime time, although I had to do some changes to get it to work with some things in mind. I'll need to change it to something differet at a later time.

Geez, there's a lot of lightning outside right now. Hopefully we don't lose power any time soon..

[11:14 PM EDT - Primed.]

Cool, okay I've gotten rid of another perl script. I think I've got ten to go. (It'll only get harder from this point on, but now that I've got the permissions set up, I think I should be able to get through this fairly quickly.)

[11:22 PM EDT - Whirlyball.]

I got up semi-early so that I could go down and try out Whirlyball. (I won't describe the game since you can check the website.) We had about eighteen people show up in the end, which included a fair number of ultimate players. It's actually quite fun, although a tad bit expensive for my tastes. I had taken my phone off before we started playing so that I wouldn't kill myself (or the phone) during the matches. No sooner did I get it handed back to me did it start ringing. There was a work issue, which I sort of addressed. More on this later.

We went for lunch afterward. Before heading in, Pokey asked me if I wanted to go home shopping. Home shopping? Like.. shopping for homes? *eyes light up* No, apparently it shopping for home accessories. Hmm..

While I was thinking about this situation, my phone rang again. It was work. I spent the next ten minutes doing work related stuff before realizing that I needed to go home to figure out what the problem was. So I skipped out on lunch, headed home, and tried to do some coding. However, without access to the data, I was severely limited in my approach. Fortunately, I think I know what the problem was. Unfortunately, it was getting late, so I'll have to get to it tomorrow. Yay.

[11:50 PM EDT - Quid..]

I was doing a bit of searching on the word "quid" and came across an interesting etymology page.
