Ugh. All morning, I felt as if I had a pebble in my right cleat. Near the end of the practice, I was so fed up with the feeling that I decided to pull the pebble out. I took off my shoes and noticed that I couldn't find any pebble inside. There was, however, a nice dark spot on the bottom of the shoe where the insole had worn out. I also noticed two rivets that had poked through the bottom sole. When I checked my feet to see if the pebble had lodged itself in my sock, I noticed a nice hole at the bottom and the entire area was covered in blood.
Nice.
I wasn't in pain, it didn't hurt that much, but it was very annoying. Foot injuries are one of the worst because of the environment they're usually in. RF gave me a bandaid and lent me an insole for that last point (which didn't really last long).
It looks okay right now. I just had a lot of skin scraped off from my heel. It should heal fairly quickly..

I got up this morning a little late, so I drove down to the field. There were a few people there, but very few of the So-cut crew.
However, nobody was interested in going out for food as LH was going on a trip and DWC had to drive. So, I went home. I washed the tub, ate food, and spent most of the day finishing off one of the disks for LoGH.

Well, nobody can blame me now because she gave me permission. Anyway more on that later.
I just realized that the source of all of those holes in my socks may have been because of those cleats! Argh!
