I've been reading I''s for a little while now. It's very much like Video Girl Ai. It's an extremely angsty high school type story but not as funny. (More angst, less humor.)

Ugh. I went to bed later than usual last night because I was reading into the wee hours in the morning. On top of that, I ended up coughing myself awake most of the night until I figured a way to stop myself from coughing. By then the damage had already been done, and now I'm feeling very tired..

Oh yeah, LY and crew went to check out HT's new restaurant yesterday. I had already brought my lunch so I opted not to go, but JY was going today so I figured that I would go with them.

A whole bunch of us went to HT's new restaurant. It looked pretty swanky for a cafe style restaurant. It's a cross between a cafe and a lounge I guess. The'll be serving alcohol there eventually so..
Anyway, the food was pretty good. They got a good chef, and the prices are acceptable. He's having a grand opening next week so we'll probably show up then. (He's technically open, but not completely since he's missing some things, so that's why the grand opening isn't for a while.)
Afterward, I took off for my meeting with the hill. Since I was leaving from the restaurant, I decided to take a different route to the hill. Unfortuntely, I had no idea where I was. I just kept going in a north east direction. Any time the road ended, I would continue north or east. I found out quickly enough that all the roads that I was used to in my region end at the border, and a whole new set of roads (many which don't match up with those in the other region). I was lucky enough to find one that looked like a major street and found my way to the hill with no problems (and no flats)!
The meeting went fairly well. It went on longer than anticipated, but I've got a bunch of notes. Afterward, I wanted to go by the bank to pick up some documents, but it was already too late (darned banker's hours!) and I dropped by BM's place but didn't find the stuff (which was too bad since I had forgotten to tell him about my arrival until late last night).
Ah well, at least I was able to pass by the auto glass store and get the windshield repaired. I figured that I'll repair it for now until I can figure out what to do with it later. Five hundred bucks is a lot of money to spend. I'll wait until the next chip.. (The repair job was not bad and it was pretty quick too!)
Then I made it home..

I went to the party last night and was one of the first (non-related) people to show up! (I knew I should've taken my time!) Since it was a birthday party for two, I expected quite a number of people to show up.
I was right. I ended up watching pictures and videos from the Nationals that BMH took and noticed that DeeL was in some shots watching the finals. I found that quite interesting since I didn't ask him about it at the wedding.
But as I was watching the mixed finals, the camera panned by number 21..
*eyes widen*
No.. no, no.. that can't be! Could it? But then I remembered KH mentioning during the wedding that she had met DH playing ultimate..

There was no doubt about it. It was DH. It was confirmed when I listened to the chatter and they were shouting DH's name.

I wonder if anyone was looking at me at the time because I'm sure it looked as if I had thought I'd seen a ghost.
By the time I went back downstairs, the place was pretty packed. It wasn't really a large place anyway, but it was packed nonetheless and very warm. I didn't talk to too many people but it was all good.
There was this one guy playing the guitar pretty well. I think he was drunk out of his gourd, but he was good, and entertaining.
I ended up taking a computer from their place that didn't work, promising to fix it up and bring it back and I drove LD back home.
