Hmm..Steve Mann is starting to strike me as a crank. His "cyborg rights" suit against Air Canada seems to me like a crazy attempt at demanding special treatment. Bah!

About his idea of "sousveillance", it's been said before, and better, by David Brin in The Transparent Society.
