I just read in the paper some simple exercises for strengthening the lower back and butt muscles (which is exactly the area which the sports I play do not cover). I should try them out huh?
Speaking of muscles, my right shoulder and neck are sore. I didn't do any sort of exercise so I'm not sure what's going on. Perhaps I'm not doing enough exercise? *rubs chin*

So it snowed again this morning. In fact, *looks outside* it's snowing right now! We're getting more fall-like weather than spring. I guess we have to make up for all of that snow we didn't get this winter huh?

I went out to the patrol dinner tonight. I wasn't expecting that many people to show up because just a few days before, a general message went out listing all of the people who had confirmed their pressence. It was a small number. *nods* (Not like I wouldn't RSVP until the last day.. no no.. no. I mean yes.) Anyhoo, the food was okay and we had a good time chatting it up. Awards were given out, and I got the expected "instructional DVD" for my performance on the hill. *hangs head*
Actually, I checked out the "Ski World" DVD when I got back to the house and I noticed that the instructional bits in the DVD were actually quite lacking. Most of the time was devoted to videos of skiers and riders at various exotic locations in the world. And that instructional video on jumps was getting interesting too! *grunts*
