Argh! I had everything all planed out, everything..
Well, not really. I had some plans for the week, but someone threw a wrench in my plans and I have to fall back on a couple of contingencies. I don't like contingency planning, it's a pain in the rear. I usually don't bother planning if I have to plan for contingencies. I mean, if I have to spend all of this time planning, I won't have time to actually do stuff!
Anyhoo.. time to activate those contingencies..

I think I'm going to be doing some shopping after work. I'm not as young as I once was and these welts on my shins are starting to bother me. (I keep telling myself that it builds character but the only character that it seems to build is stupidity.)

Hey, I got another postcard from Madelaine! There's still no answer on the moon thing, but at least she's looking now.
I went shopping and.. choring? Anyway, I wanted to get my skates sharpened because I was losing edges way too often during last week's hockey game. I also wanted to get a cup and shin guards so that I didn't get killed at this week's tournament. So Dangerman and I went on an excursion to complete our chores. I got my skates sharpened, my blades sent in for a tuneup (I should've gotten my skis tuned up too but they don't do skis) and got a cup. I didn't find a good pair of shin guards unfortunately, but I'll keep looking.
We also went by Laz's place to drop off a game. While we were there, I checked out one of his new Dreamcast games: Mission Critical(?) I can't even remember the name anymore. Anyway, it was quite short, and I we (Laz and I) finished the game only after we were brought down to our last point of health. (Laz's since I died.) Mind you, I don't think we would've gotten that far had I not turned on the automatic reload. Then again, if pointing the gun at the table or the celing doesn't make the gun reload (in the game - I know that normal guns cannot be reloaded by pointing away from the screen), you know something's wrong with the gun.
Anyhoo, I've got some laundry to finish.
