[8:33 PM EDT - The ultimate Squishy.]

Hey, so today I ended up doing a lot of networking setup and product support, but the big thing was that I ended up leaving the office a little later than anticipated. Well, I left a little before quarter after five, and I was supposed to be down there at five-thirty to meet up with the crew for ultimate. Since I had to bike back home to pick up the car..

I got there around six-thirty. I was a little worried (after driving around and noticing that all of the parking spots were for "authorized vehicles") that I might not find them. Fortunately, my last minute e-mail check (when I got home) reminded me exactly where they were playing (okay, it didn't remind me since I didn't read it the first time) so I was able to find a bunch of people playing ultimate.

Upon closer inspection, I noticed someone waving in my direction. That usually is a good sign. It was good to see Squishy again (and still as squishy as ever! *ducks*). I haven't seen her pretty face in a long time.. (Okay, so it was mostly my fault for missing out on.. well, everything. *hangs head*) I probably should've talked with her more, but I was a little pressed for time. Ultimate was fun though, I even have the grass stains to prove it! *shows off knees* DWC told me that the team was going to buy me a pair of shorts to play in, but I can't slide around as well in shorts. Jeans are much more slippery! *slides*

I picked up a bottle of white grape juice on the way back (seeing as how we were shafted this weekend) and now I'm updating before I head off to badminton.

Uhh, in other news, Laz seems a little down, and FlyingS is doing.. something. (Gots a new picture up - from Victoria Park - as well.) Oh yeah, I found out from the ShackNews that someone's making a bot for Counter-Strike, while news from ArsTechnica is that LCD prices may be dropping if a new process (as described in the May 3rd, 2001 issue of Nature) is as good as it seems..
